Imagine sitting by the campfire together, the children proudly lighting their first fire, and you, as a family, experiencing how strong you are as a team. That's exactly what our Family Survival Course makes possible.

• Our course is specially designed for parents with young and older children. The focus is on teamwork, collaborative learning, and safety in nature. Everyone – big or small – should learn the fundamental skills that are vital in an emergency or during outdoor adventures.

What to Expect in the Family Survival Course

In a pleasant environment, we teach the most important survival techniques in a practical and child-friendly way:

• Fire without a lighter
• Packing an emergency backpack and home crisis preparedness
• Finding, filtering & purifying water
• Navigation in nature
• (Catching, hunting & processing animals) optional.
• Tactical First Aid
• Emergency shelter building
• What to do if a child gets lost

All content is designed so that children learn and adults simultaneously master real challenges. Our trained instructors with years of experience create the perfect balance between safety, fun, and learning.

Private Courses & Flexible Scheduling for Families

We also offer the course for families (from 6 people) as a private course (without other participants) over 2 days with an overnight stay. This allows enough time to calmly practice all topics and grow as a family.

👉 Dates can be flexibly arranged – even at short notice and spontaneously.

Optionally, you can stay overnight in a tent, camper, car, or directly under the stars. On our large meadow in the private forest, you always have a safe retreat.

Equipment & Checklist

Before the course begins, you will receive a checklist of the most important equipment items. We adapt these according to the season. Missing material can be easily rented from us – thus incurring no high additional costs.

You are responsible for your own provisions. We provide water.

Our Family Survival Courses take place in Waldenbuch (71111) near Stuttgart – just 10 minutes from Stuttgart Airport and directly on the edge of the Swabian Alb. Ideal for families from Baden-Württemberg, but also easily accessible from all over Germany.
